Before that, I grew up as a software engineer, where I designed, built, and fixed complex software systems. In fact, I've probably written software that you have used. I love fixing broken things and know what it takes to ship. As my career progressed, I found the challenges associated with human and organizational growth increasingly captivating. I've been particularly passionate about the chemistry of transforming a group of individual humans with varying skills and dreams, into a cohesive team that is greater than the sum of its parts. Over time, I've shifted from technology to more business and technology strategy, which is my sweet spot.
