I am a servant leader passionate about empowerment, technology, and the future of work. I take great pride in helping organizations determine their technology investments and helping them manage the transformation/change at scale. At ProServeIT, I am a cross-functional leader responsible for seller empowerment, strategy, solution creation, and accountable for revenue growth. I believe in leading with empathy and am deeply committed to creating a culture of growth and continuous learning.My time as a Student Athlete has shaped much of who I am today. I graduated from the University of Houston with a BS in Economics and minor in Business. While at Houston, I was a member of the Top 25 Ranked Varsity baseball team and a proud member of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee. During my Senior Year I wrote a book called “The Playbook, A Student-Athlete’s Guide to Success” which has been featured by the NCAA and adopted by NCAA schools alike. Additionally, I earned two American Athletic All-Academic Team awards, and received the Grainger Service Award, given annually to a student-athlete exhibiting excellence in athletics, academics, and leadership.
