- Responsible for the development and growth of wholesale and retail/homecenter distribution channels in the USA - Strategic marketing involvement including market research, brand messaging, and promotional development

Responsible for sales growth in the wholesale distribution channel for a specialty line of exterior wood siding and trim products. Duties include:- Program management: pricing, order placement with the manufacturing mill, in-field quality control, promotions and other purchase incentives- Sales presentations to potential distributors, retailers, and end-users- In-field product support and claim management- Communication and relationship development with foreign manufacturing partners

Responsible for achieving revenue and margin goals while retaining and growing market share in the Western New York territory.

Oversaw the fullfilment of customer needs through special order and volume quotes, price negotiation, order tracking, and invoicing. Also worked closely with outside sales team to coordinate selling efforts, and offered specials on overstock/clearance items.

Ensured that customer policies were up-to-date and that premium totals were accurate through the scheduling and conducting of payroll record audits. Successful completion of audits required in-depth knowledge of workers compensation policies and accounting/payroll systems.

Responsible for the management of 10+ student workers each semester, including customer service and computer training, scheduling, hiring, and reviews. Other responibilities included inventory management, creation of employee manual, and off-campus vendor marketing program.
