Leading team of 5 Associate Relationship Managers and driving performance to deepen relationships with clients, through providing solutions to their needs. Monitor and review all Regulatory, Credit, Conduct and general risk for Social Housing team, implementing controls and mitigants as appropriate;Provide support to Area Director, through development and implementation of short and medium term operational plans in the context of the strategic direction taking into account risk, governance and regulatory framework;Management of deal pipeline to ensure delivery of financial targets;Develop and maintain effective working relationships, engage cross functional stakeholders to optimise business results;Initiate and deliver agreed change programmes to achieve continuous improvement;Project ManagementChange Management - ensure enhancements to systems, policies, procedures and products are delivered to support operational efficiency.
