CityXpress is still in business today providing classified ad systems and auctions to newspapers.• Established the software development infrastructure, selecting technologies, tools and platforms.• Designed, prototyped and built the product.• Help raise working capital.• Built a small but highly skilled development team.

Modatech developed Sales Force Automation software for the fortune 500. I started at the company as a programmer then quickly became a Development Manager followed by the Director of R&D.• Managed a team 30 person plus team responsible for the development of all new product.• As Technical Sales Support, I played a key role in many successful system sales to fortune 500 companies, generally this was developing and performing the product demos and technical presentations.• Developed and delivered Channel Training on the technical side.• Managed a 1.2 million dollar R&D budget.
