I lead the development of AI-powered L&D solutions, focusing on creating and implementing digital learning tools that drive skill enhancement and operational efficiency. My role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative learning programs tailored to the evolving needs of the workforce.

I am currently part of a small team in the UK building Data & Analytics capability in Deals, as part of PwC's global strategic initiative. In this role I am involved in everything from recruitment/training to designing a Global "Centres of Excellence" model with lots of Tech along the way.Since joining PwC I have worked in the Operations team within the Deals Practice at PwC where I collaborate in Operational Due Diligence, Operational Strategy Reviews, Carve-Outs, Independent Business Reviews and other more traditional performance improvement projects. As a Consultant Engineer, I have worked on several Six-Sigma projects in the automotive sector (machining improvements, warranty issues). As part of the role I have mentored students on industrial placement and acted as Programme Leader when required.

I conceived and researched the idea for a successful new business, offering contract measuring services using Portable Co-ordinate Measuring Equipment.I put together a business plan to secure £26k Asset Finance and a £20k start-up loan.I created the company, set up the legal and accounting framework and launched the business in November 2006.

I collaborated with the designer to optimise the component for manufacture. Together we achieved commonisation on 90% of the component's features.I was responsible for defining the process through Process Sketches drafted in AutoCAD.I placed orders with six suppliers and negotiated up to 35% reduction in price from the initial quotes.I managed six suppliers to deliver within the budget of £2 million and a time-frame of 18 months.

I was responsible for the off-site build, delivery and installation of seven machine-tools over a six-month period.I managed five suppliers during the product launch (process improvements, corrective actions etc.) to achieve the target output of 192,000 units/year.

I managed five on-site teams of service engineers working on 14 machine-tools.I conducted trials on each machine-tool to demonstrate they were "capable" to the agreed standard.I managed corrective actions and process improvements - the engine launch is still the fastest in the organisation's

As a member of a small team I placed orders totalling $16 million.I was responsible for the pre-delivery trial schedule for 16 machine-tools.I ran the "ready for delivery" assessment process for 2 machine-tools.

I worked with product development team on small robotic vacuum cleaner.
