Successfully delivered a website redevelopment project and visual identity refresh for the Coroners Court of Victoria on time and within scope and budget.Led the content refresh, migration of over 2500 PDF files (coroner's findings, orders and rulings and responses to recommendations) and developed and implemented a governance framework to ensure successful ongoing website operation. The Coroners Court website now operates in a modern, Drupal-based content management system, which allows Court staff to concentrate on the content, rather than battle with the technology.Worked with external graphic design resources to deliver a new visual identity for the Court including a new logo, colour scheme, fonts and set of generic document templates.

Successfully delivered a website redevelopment project on time and within budget and scope, with a focus on hands-on project management. This was a project to move from a 10-year-old HTML-based website to a Drupal-based website using govCMS.Led the migration of pages and documents, including coordinating with subject-matter experts to update content prior to migration. Led the user experience work to identify who our users are, what they need to know and why, to help our users discover content relevant to them. This included a complete restructuring of information architecture based on qualitative and quantitative user experience feedback. Managed stakeholder expectations though consistent communication to user groups internally and externally. Established a governance framework which identified user roles, expectations and workflows to ensure successful website operation.I also managed the agency's social media presence on both Facebook and Twitter including content creation, content planning and scheduling, and paid promotion. Consistency in our social media management lead to a steady increase in followers and engagement.

Through good stakeholder engagement with mine sites, the register was expanded to include all occupationally exposed workers from all uranium mining and milling operations across Australia.This role included frequent site visits, as well as the delivery of presentations at national mining and radiation protection conferences.
