Whilst working in the projects department I have undertaken the principle role of process mapping both in a pragmatic and consultative role. Being the ‘go to’ figurehead for process mapping implementation/standards. Whilst working in the IT department I took the mantle of process champion, succeeding in implementing a Business analysis/Process Mapping tool evolving Suez from using a very manual process to a more integrated/automated, acting as project lead/project manager in the implementation.I also undertook the Project Management & Business Analysis of the initial installation of a Business Intelligence tool (Cognos) within Suez, liaising with both suppliers/internal customers/developers & consultants to succeed in implementing the first solution within Suez.Following the initial BI implementation, I was also responsible for the definition/production/consultancy on multiple report suites for many areas of the business ranging from Health & Safety, Industrial & Commercial, Weighbridge Data Reporting, Customer Facing Web Reports using CognosMy other responsibilities include, but were not limited to, numerous process mapping exercises, being used as a ‘trouble shooter’ within the business where specific issues were being seen, running training courses, defining training materials, production of functional specifications, business analysis & meeting facilitation/organization.

Initially head hunted for this position by the IT Manager of SITA UK as a result of my performance as a supplier for the Weighbridge system. I was responsible for a department of 6-7 developers/Database Analysts for a range of applications/platforms with critical business dependencies. Initially I was head-hunted for this role where the company was looking to move their product development in a specific direction & I was viewed as being key to this direction with my previous knowledge and performance.Managing a team of 12 software developers & contract staff responsible for developing bespoke and standard software packages for the industrial weighing market within the UK and overseas markets. This was the shortest period of employment of my career, where I lead a small team of 3 developers for a leading PLC interface software company.My duties included software development, production specification, site visits and day to day management of the team to deliver this
