As a coach I help Product Managers and PM leaders to achieve better results.I have worked in technology since the early 90s and gained a wide range of experience through my time at both startups and large companies such as Google (8 years) and Meta (3 years).I’ve created and launched new websites and apps, optimised existing products, and helped teams to scale as their scope grows. I started coaching in 2016.Additionally I work as an interview coach to help those seeking PM roles improve their interview skills and maximise their chances of success.

Success in product management interviews relies on a combination of clear thinking and clear communication. Almost all candidates have room to improve their interview skills in one or both of these areas and working with an experienced coach is a great way to accelerate your progress.During my PM career I spent several years as a calibrated interviewer at Google and Facebook and through my coaching I have helped many candidates to obtain offers at a wide range of companies.

During my time in the USA (2011>) I've focussed on improv, including many performances for Speechless Live. Since I joined Google (in 2007) I haven't had time for any stand-up other than a handful of corporate gigs. Prior to that...I worked as a stand-up comic on the UK circuit, and reached the finals of the BBC's New Comedian of the Year and Channel 4's So You Think You're Funny. I've played at venues all over the UK, including The Comedy Store and the Gilded Balloon. My material is perhaps best described as wry, topical and surreal.
