Worked directly with Jamf to add required security functionality to Jamf Pro.• Designated as lead Mac technical architect/Jamf admin for a large e-commerce company valued at $4B with locations across North America. Brought this $150K+ annual recurring revenue client from previous employer.• Re-architected the Mac environment for a consumer products company to follow best practices, created internal documentation, and implemented a cloud-based Jamf Pro server to manage updates, patching, and reporting.• Consulted at a call center in Las Vegas to build a Mac support infrastructure, including Jamf Pro, and deploy 150 iMacs to their employees in two locations (one international) in one week. • Managed and implemented the 1000+ Mac and 500+ iOS summer technology refreshes for a school district. Rebuilt and upgraded the Jamf server infrastructure, reimaged and configured all Macs, and set up the 1-to-1 iOS environment, including Device Enrollment Program and Volume Purchase Program.• Achieved Jamf Integrator certification and went on to accomplish 12+ Jamf JumpStarts onsite at clients.• Conducted a one-week training course at a large insurance company for their internal IT team, leading to the purchase of Jamf Pro and a return engagement to perform their JumpStart.• Established company records for highest billable hours in a month (230).• Taught classes around the United States as an Apple Certified Trainer, achieving high instructor ratings.

• At a large e-commerce company, after a major crash, triaged and fixed primary Mac file server. Led to assessment of infrastructure, then enhanced and upgraded the Mac environment, previously rife with instability and inconsistent configuration. Within two months, had completely rearchitected client endpoints, achieving excellent results, and gaining a loyal client for future business. • Re-engineered the graphics department of a retail store chain, increasing consulting revenue from this client as a result. • Exceeded billable hours goals on a regular basis, servicing primarily design agencies and small businesses.

Started with a minicomputer and five terminals and grew to 180 Macs, 40 PCs, various internal servers, advanced networking and Internet hosting, and prepress systems. • Recruited, hired, trained, evaluated, and mentored team members.• Coordinated implementation of a unique prepress workflow system in two days, instead of the planned two weeks. • Advanced the data collection and transmission of color data to the printing presses and reduced paper usage significantly, saving millions of dollars in waste paper. • Started an outside IT consulting business, with increasing revenue every year despite a down economy.• Contracted with Apple to guide the Mac Proof of Concept, Pilot, and ongoing Mac support for a Fortune 500 client for four years.
