Built and ran a team of 8 – 14 highly engaged and motivated residential sales representatives that lead the division in engagement, motivation, monthly reoccurring charges, and average revenue per unit. Managed the largest territory in Northern New England with over 900 accounts generating $8,057,790 in revenue and delivering $1,866,220 in marginal contribution. Responsible for developing, communicating and implementing local selling strategies to maximize the revenue potential in assigned territory. Coordinated the selling efforts of a sales team that included eight local pre-sales account managers, telephone sales and equipment installation technicians.

Accountable for local supermarket, food coop, independent convenience store and food service sales. This includes new business, customer development agreements, new product authorizations, contracts, shelf space, product positioning and the execution of national account programs.
