Supported by great people who became my colleagues and friends I become a Team leader, through Operations manager finally Head of Operations department. My main goal and mission was building self-managed teams and a partnership company culture.In 2024, I became the co-founder of an innovative and dynamic transport and logistics company, bringing years of industry expertise to the table. With my associate we have dedicated our career to delivering excellence in supply chain solutions that prioritizes service over profit and that every client receives the best possible experience.
