Product Manager, Analytics - Fair Value Service And Etf Valuation (Enav)
CurrentPRODUCT MANAGEMENTo Manage a multi-million dollar product used by asset managers / mutual funds in the valuation of international equities and futureso Also manage a brand new product (eNAV) that values ETFs in real time based on their underlying constituents; utilized by ETF issuers and buy-side asset managerso Considered the product expert / owner for clients, prospects, and industry professionals, and internal groups such as sales, legal, and marketingo Experienced and very comfortable liaising w/ various groups - discussing contracts w/ legal, technology w/ developers, quantitative topics w/ financial engineers, product offerings w/ sales, etco Drive the product roadmaps, including determining priorities and writing requirements, and directing the appropriate teams in implementing ito Key decision maker for products; experience making decisions based on qualitative factorso Extensive experience responding to time-sensitive production issues including making key decisions during such emergenciesSALES / RELATIONSHIP MGMTo Support sales effort by presenting at sales meetings, preparing ad-hoc analysis for prospects, and providing input on contractual issues; involved in pricing discussions and negotiationso Extensive experience maintaining and nurturing client relationships through in-person meetings, board presentations, due diligence meetings and conference callso Client contacts include CCOs, Treasurers, Pricing / Valuation Managers, Portfolio Managers, etcTECHNOLOGY AND ANALYSISo Design and develop Python scripts to assist in the parsing big data sets, facilitating data analysis, access APIs, and automate taskso Monitor and analyze the model’s accuracy via statistical measures and standard industry metrics; use all available data along with creativity and intuition to determine the ‘why’ behind performance resultso Formulate and develop new ideas for the product website; direct web development team in implementing these ideas
