Robert is a licensed professional engineer in all 50 states, District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico, and is also a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP BD+C). Robert serves as project executive and Engineer of Record for numerous engineering projects. Having spent his entire professional career at Dialectic, he has served in many roles, including design, project management, team leadership, and quality assurance. His focus on customer service, technical excellence, and on-time delivery results in long and successful partnerships between Dialectic and our clients. Robert champions sustainable design and has assisted clients in achieving LEED Certification for over 465 projects covering more than 41,000,000 square feet in 48 states. He has helped clients achieve Energy Star labeling for over 1,150 commercial buildings.

Design Engineer, Project Manager, Team Leader, Vice President, Project Executive, Chief Technical Officer, Interim CEO.Robert directed the development of LEED Prototypes for Kohl's Department Stores, as part of the original USGBC Volume Certification Pilot (NC2.2/LEED for Retail 1.0). This included energy modeling of four proposed store formats and baselines in seven climate zones. Robert also updated Kohl's LEED Prototypes to the LEED 2009 Rating System.

The Lake Lotawana Association is a Not-for-profit corporation responsible for the operation and maintenance of the common areas surrounding Lake Lotawana. This includes maintenance of the dam and roads, watershed protection, dredging program, and water patrol.

The Lake Improvement Board is responsible for reviewing proposed construction projects on the lake and parkways for compliance with the Rules and Regulations and Deed of Restrictions. Types of projects reviewed include new home construction, renovations or additions to existing homes, construction of hardscape and seawalls on the parkway, and construction or renovation of docking structures on the lake.
