As a Senior Consultant and subsequent Parnter with Geller, Shedletsky & Weiss, delivered learning, assessment, coaching, OD, and consulting services to clients throughout Canada and the USA, This included extensive work in the high technology industry, pharameuticals, financial services, manufacturing, and government sectors.Robert also managed the west-end Career Transition practice overseeing 8 consultants and 5 administrative staff, and working with a large clientele of executives and managers in transition. . Geller, Shedlestsky and Weiss was acquired by Knightsbridge Human Capital Solutions in 2002.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Human Resources, was responsible for all corporate policies, program and services encompassing such functions as recruitment and selecton, learning and development, communications, wellness, and employee relations. Worked closely with specialists in compensation and benefits, labour relations, and legal. Worked collaboratively with Regional HR Managers from all the breweries across Canada. Some work internationally. Was on the steering team that coordinated the merger of Molson with Carling O'Keefe Breweries.

Reporting to the VP HR with dotted line reporting to our counterpart in the USA, performed a variety of HR responsibilities while overseeing staffing and employee relations. Using both in-house and external resources, was responsible for the effective staffing and talent development within the Canadian organization, Liaised with counterparts across Canada and the USA. Participated in the restructuring and merger with American Hospital Supply Corporation.
