Architected data warehouse solution for leading cruise line to support global marketing campaigns while managing a large team of database and ETL developers. The solution gathered data from loyalty programs, onboard purchase systems, and online shopping activity. Customer/prospect data was then enriched with over two hundred attributes from a third-party marketing research database before loading into dimensionalized Oracle database. Finally, the Siebel CRM system sourced the data to create Master Customer Record and fuel global marketing campaigns.
