I developed innovative cell-based functional proteomic high-throughput phenotypic screens to identify and characterize the mode of action of regulators of cancer hallmarks: 1) apoptosis/anoikis cell signaling and resistance; 2) migration/invasion. Executed a direct knockdown screen of cancer cell surface proteins for drug target discovery and functional validation of apoptotic modulators. I established surface proteome signature biomarkers of cancer cells for predicting tumor drug response.
