Constructed an annual budget from the ground up, set up sales forecasts with the sales team, while effectively monitoring their sales versus forecast on a monthly basis, all while holding the sales team accountable. Navigated the QTN team through a Pandemic in 2020, focusing on marketing, by developing the first Full Line QTN product catalog and training our sales and support teams on product lines. In 2021, QTN launched a brand new website which included online ordering capabilities called QTN Quick Connect. Racking was added to the warehouse to increase stocking capacity. -
