I am a senior partner in Growth River, a US and Germany-based business management consultancy. Work across the membrane of business consulting and leadership coaching, providing executive teams with a diagnostic edge to solve the right challenges in the right order.I also farm: plants, chickens, irrigation systems, etc. It’s landscape art, and mission focused. Organic, urban, food for elderly, demonstrating possibility.I have closely tracked climate science, policy and economics for over four decades. Currently seeking to support leaders, teams and organization to address current life conditions. Currently working on a $160m global initiative to build capacity in standards-based ecological restoration with the Society for Ecological Restoration. It’s an intergenerational challenge and we need a solid foundation for scaling solutions. Living in the Housatonic River valley confronts our community with another challenge: an irresponsible industrial legacy of PCB contamination by GE. I advise the Town Select Board as it navigates GE’s superfund cleanup of the river. My life path includes building houses, white water river guide, environmental geochemist, tropical rainforest conservationist, publishing, and living as a monastic. Pretty much always been an entrepreneur.Nonprofit board membership includes Children’s Educational Foundation in rural Vietnam, and the Institute for Regional Conservation, which leads ecological restoration in South Florida and the Caribbean.
Listed skills include Leadership Development, Publishing, Coaching, Strategy, and 27 others.
