Eminently, through already organised events and my time in London, I have learned to lead groups, to meet wants and needs of others and passing on my experience.As Guest Relations Manager at prestigious 5-star hotels in the very heart of London, I learned to make the best use of my communication stills and developed a high level of stress resistance. I paid strong attention to developing each and every team-member in order to drive employee satisfaction and minimise the margin for error.In Sydney I have moved from front of house roles into back of house roles looking after company's full events, marketing and website operations providing custom roadmaps based on extensive in-depth business analyses to increase brand awareness and overall revenue and profits.
