These experiences, combined with my education, have given me a comprehensive and valuable understanding of selling, marketing, and logistics across the supply chain. However, I believe there's always room to learn, so I stay curious and open to new ideas, especially those driven by digitalization.From my experience in sports, I've learned that ongoing encouragement of teammates leads to the best results. Similarly, I believe a team focused on goals, routines, a positive attitude, and maintaining a good atmosphere is successful in any endeavor.My academic expertise lies in defining customer benefits. I've developed a model, the Customer Benefit Identification Model, which clearly defines the concept of "customer benefit" and lists and groups all potential benefits. This four-level model acts as a window into the core of customer behavior. It provides insights into the numerous processes (material, environmental, logistical, and social) that can lead to a customer benefit. The model facilitates easy identification of benefits in both B2B and B2C environments. It also helps identify missing benefits, enabling product, service, or operational improvements. Additionally, it highlights areas for value creation.The model serves as an excellent platform for:Planning positioning and analyzing commercialsDeveloping customer-oriented activities and experiencesCreating clear arguments for any tangible or intangible productFurthermore, the model empowers salespeople and marketers to answer two crucial customer questions: "What's in it for me?" and "Why should I buy this from you?"In my free time, I enjoy reading, gardening, and researching genealogy. However, my biggest passion lies in exercising at the gym and cycling. My hometown offers excellent conditions for these activities.
