Led an organization driving operational changes to the Bank's principal payment platforms and processes and the associated Investment Portfolio. - Previously responsible for the management of commercial overdraft transactions and intraday exposure for the enterprise, globally. Responsible for understanding the global footprint of the bank for reference and impact assessment during exercises or actual business continuity events. Developed enterprise-wide business continuity technology solution in support of continuity of operations plans development and BC event execution.- 2006-2007 Manager of Strategic Initiatives for Service and Fulfillment Operations (SFO). Developed Strategy and Technology Initiatives portfolio for Payments Processing division within BAC integrating check imaging efforts with related required changes in statement rendering and cash logistics.

- Infantry Officer with 22 total years of Service in the US and Overseas. Recently, Officer In Charge of the Charlotte, NC Reserve Detachment for Facilities Inspection and Training Exercise Support. Oversaw facilities and exercise compliance with Department of Defense, EPA, USDA and other local or international environmental standards.- Nearly nine years of active duty as an Infantry Officer to include Company Command tour in Iraq leading a Light Armored Reconnaissance Unit. Former Operations Officer, Executive Officer, Platoon Commander as well as three years as an Instructor at the Infantry Officer Course and The Basic School.- Additional service of more than eight years in a reserve status including service as the Marine For Life Hometown Link in Western North Carolina.
