I began working as the PMO lead for their central IT Cost Efficiency project before transitioning into the Workforce Strategy project as their data analytics and reporting lead.I joined the Wealth Management Technology COO to support their Financial Management function, ultimately leading the function after 2 years on the team. Primary responsibilities included managing a $600M P&L Budget and the total IT allocations to the Wealth Management business, which totaled $1.1Bn.
