Hris Analyst
CurrentWorks with HR staff and employees to troubleshoot system/user issues associated with HR systems and/or applications. Recommends process and system improvements, innovative solutions, and system functionality changes for improving data integrity, data security, and customer experience. Develops engaging reference materials for user training and support. Produces ad hoc as well as routine reports and dashboards. Collaborates with senior staff, business owners, systems owners, decision-makers, and end-users to define business requirements, project objectives, and deliverables. Assists in the review, testing, and implementation of HR application upgrades, re-configurations, and patches.
