The Strategic Marketing and Communications team acts as an advertising agency servicing our Financial Professionals around the country as well as our internal branding strategy. Our video production team creates everything from content promos, product videos, social media videos, motion graphic videos and TV commercials. Additionally we produce company brand videos for recruitment and internal purposes. The Video Producer will work as part of the Strategic Marketing and Communications team and help to manage MediaOne studio, CreativeOne s in house video and audio production suite to create the most effective marketing videos and audio programming to serve our clients. The Video Producer's primary responsibilities include: Producing video pieces from concept to completion which includes but is not limited to: Writing, Planning, Creative Briefs, Storyboarding, Filming and Editing. Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Write, develop and pitch creative concepts for multi-channel, digital, social and broadcast videos and other short form visual content. Scope, plan, budget and execute small and large-scale video projects flawlessly with production team members in a fast-paced environment.

Description:Responsible for overseeing and designing promotional content for the station.Key Activities:Manage daily news promotional efforts for the station and oversee writers/producers, coordinators and interns. Work with the Creative Services Director to coordinate all "outside media" efforts for the station including radio, print and related support materials required by news, sales and other sources. Develop strategic plans for on-air news promotion based on research and/or direction from Creative Services Director. Write, produce and edit news promotional spots. Review all daily topical promotions and attend news/sales meetings as needed. Review logs on a daily basis: fill as needed. Work closely with Design Hub in developing branding efforts related to station look. Coordinate staff for station news promotion events in community. Work with Creative Director on execution of strategy and brand direction.Key activities:Function as the chief producer of station image campaigns, investigative promos and sales/community initiatives. This includes development of concept, copywriting, shooting and spot production. Serve as lead producer on all sweeps promo production, including working with other staff to develop and execute promotion for all digital platforms. Attend news and sales meetings as needed to discuss all campaign direction and implementation. Interpret research projects to maximize our message and target specific viewer demographics and key strategic goals in all promotion/marketing.
