As an early executive, built the team responsible for executing complex licensing transactions. Among other accomplishments, acted as principal architect of RPX's two largest syndicated licensing transactions involving patents from Kodak and Rockstar. These two deals -- both recognized by the Licensing Executives Society as the "Technology Deal of the Year" -- accounted for an aggregate $1.4 billion in transaction value, over 50% of RPX's total transaction value since its founding. As Chief Financial Officer, led RPX to record revenue in the patent risk management business in 2015 and overall revenue in 2016. Implemented the company's first formal cost reduction in 2016, an overhaul of RPX forecasting systems and the financial integration of an acquired e-discovery business, achieving record adjusted EBITDA in each of 2015 and 2016. Led the company's first debt ($150M) debt facility.Featured presenter at RPX client conferences and representative of RPX at many patent industry conferences.
