My current role within the UGL Unipart group at Auburn N.S.W. is to evaluate products and processes with a view to streamlining logistics and procurement activities and to improve cost profiles in the business.UGL Unipart is a joint venture operation responsible for the Logistics and Supply Chain administration in support of Sydney Trains.

Responsible for the procurement functions that relate directly to the support of the RSD (Rolling Stock Delivery) manufacturing programs.Heading up a team of Analysts using SAP and MRP techniques and taking planning build stories to order all fabricated parts, materials and componentry required by the production teams.Provide on-site production operations support to minimise material shortage disruptions and delivery delays.RSD is responsible for Passenger, Locomotive and Truck programs for customer around Australia.
