Both as a team member and independently have been involved with over 200 grower installations worldwide • Installation, test and pre-production qualification of company equipment in excess of $350K used in manufacture of silicon ingots. Successfully installed a high-powered magnet for use with new crystal grower resulting in new processes producing 3 consecutive runs exceeding 90% yields with zero defects making available new markets as well as create a starting point for research and development group.• Train on site personnel in the testing, calibration and operation of semiconductor crystal growers for use in the solar and semiconductor production.• Established trusting relationships with customer to assure a high level of confidence with our service and support. Made repeat visits to more than 5 companies. Specifically requested for return visits by multiple customers.• Travel domestically and internationally for installation of all company products and in some cases for extended periods of time up to 6 months.• Manually controlled machine operations as required for process control and to develop to run automatically without operator intervention.
