Accuray is a provider of Radiation Oncology Solutions including the CyberKnife Robotic Radiosurgery System and the TomoTherapy System. These are innovative products in the field of radiation oncology that are regularly recognized in national media reports as being on the leading edge of cancer care.

• Built out the corporate development function with clinical, technical, operational, market, and financial capabilities to support the needs of the business• Led efforts for Mergers and Acquisitions seeking to acquire businesses that are accretive and/or add strategic value to Accuray’s core business• Created partnership strategies to enable strategic growth in developing and emerging markets in particular in China• Managed the company’s IP portfolio seeking opportunities to reinforce our core IP though in-license as well as creation of value through implementation of appropriate out-licensing opportunities
