I’m an HR Consultant for American Electric Power, a workforce diversity specialist with a passion for data driven decision-making. In this role I advise HR professionals and key stakeholders on meaningful HR metrics, design and delivery of HR-Related reports/metrics to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of D&I initiatives. Not just a “data-guy”…I provide direction and counsel to the company’s ERGs leaders and executive sponsors, direct the company’s Affirmative Action programs, and manage the company sponsored scholarship program. I’ve been fortunate during my 10+ years as an HR professional to have been selected for various professional development opportunities. Always willing to take on new challenges I have gained extensive experience in employee recruitment and retention, conflict resolution, HR records management, policy development and legal compliance.
