Provide strategic direction and leadership for Customer and Banker Advocacy teams that receive, resolve and transform negative experiences to create "Promoters" of Capital One Home Equity. Responsible for managing and continuously improving (SLQ2CQ) the E2E Customer Complaints process, provide closed loop feedback as well as provide training for internal and external partners. Also responsible for building and managing the partnership between Home Equity and Retail Bank business.

Recruited, developed and coached a team of 15 branch managers in the DFW West District comprised of 15 branches to increase market share, grow consumer and small business deposit base.
