Currently managing the commercial, contractual, and operational obligations of the Woodside EDL Joint Venture (WEJV). Delivering clean, reliable, and affordable Liquid Natural Gas (LNG) to remote communities and mining operations in Western Australia.- Management of WEJV logistics contracts.- Management of WEJV regulatory and license compliances- Proactively managing the commercial and contractual relationships with WEJV customers and suppliers.- Ensuring consistent, successful, and timely delivery of operator obligations (delivery of LNG) under the WEJV. - Reviewing of daily, weekly, and monthly logistics schedules to ensure the above.- Generation of weekly, monthly, and yearly forecasts in accordance with finance under the WEJV.- Management of the financial obligations of all parties in accordance with the WEJV logistic contracts.- Proactive management of all cryo-based and EDL WEJV assets.- Managing the commissioning of new project-based WEJV cryogenic assets. - Coordinating the creation of new supply contracts and negotiating with suppliers.

- Continuous assessment and improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of logistics processes.- Complete communication with clients and suppliers, negotiating optimal rates and terms aligned with client needs.- Collaborated with customs partners and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely customs entry and classification, including the submission of tariff advice and concession orders to minimize duty payments.- Clearance and brokerage operations, including managing customs paperwork, and compliance with import and export regulations.- Designed and executed sophisticated logistics coordination strategies, including multi-modal transportation plans and network optimisation models, to streamline and enhance supply chain operations.- Maintainance of strong partnerships with international freight forwarders and national air/land/sea transportation companies for efficient and cost-effective logistics solutions.

- Successfully executed the integration and implementation of a new 2,000 sqm warehouse, as well as warehouse BIS, resulting in an optimised and efficient warehousing operations.- Effectively managed and lead warehouse staff and facilities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.- Provided warehousing services to a diverse range of industry-leading clients in the mining, transportation, medical, and mineral sectors, utilising our optimal practices to deliver an exceptional service and meet the specific needs of each client.- Effectively managed and coordinated inventory in accordance with client requirements, company policies, and established procedures, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders while maintain optimal inventory levels.- Expertise in data analytics for warehouse inventory, utilizing a variety of in-house procedures that I developed and implemented to ensure data integrity and accuracy. - Led daily warehouse OHS tool-box meetings and inspections in collaboration with the Managing Director, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and maintaining a safe working environment for employees.- Proficiently maintained and managed the warehousing database, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of business-critical data. Maintained inventory accuracy whilst streamlining sales processes and optimizing stock flow.
