I handle all aspects of patent prosecution. This includes but is not limited to interviewing inventors, drafting patent applications, responding to office actions, and preforming legal research as needed.

Patent Prosecution: Drafted a provisional patent application based on discussions with engineers, responded to non-final office action, provided comments in response to an international search report.Technology Licensing: Drafted a collaboration agreement with an independent researcher, identified issues with drafts of a joint technology development agreement, researched licensing laws in Germany and Austria.IP Management: Organized current assignments of patents in a large portfolio, researched inventor-ship, copyright, and trademark laws in a variety of countries including China, Germany, and Austria.

Worked with the Environmental and Criminal Bureaus. Drafted an appellate brief to the New Hampshire State Supreme Court, drafted formal complaints to initiate state action, drafted memoranda to facilitate the adoption of changes to New Hampshire civil litigation procedures, preformed legal research as needed, observed a number of environmental adjudicative hearings, administrative hearings, and state legislative committee hearings.

Spoke on behalf of a client in a deportation hearing under attorney supervision, assisted attorneys in interviewing new clients and in processing applications for citizenship. Also preformed legal research to prepare defenses for clients facing possible deportation proceedings.
