I am an MRI/CT Field Engineer II at GE Healthcare. I love what I do and I love the Team I work with. Knowing that every day you’re doing things that ultimately affect patients care. Maybe even save lives! I have an extensive technical background with rigorous biomedical/imaging equipment and electronics training that I received in the military as a Biomedical Equipment Technician(distinguished honor graduate), as well as, an Associate of Applied Science in Biomedical Electronics Engineering Technology. I have completed GE MR Full Service, Advanced MR 750/450W, Advanced MR Premier and magnet training. GE CT Full Service Proficient and Advanced CT training, Revolution Apex training, Edison Health Link and AW Server training at GEHC HCI, as well as, X-Ray service training and Advanced CT service training at RSTI in Solon, OH. I have over 20 years of experience in the installation and service of biomedical and imaging equipment, of which the last 13 years have focused on servicing GE MRIs and CTs. I have managed installations and deinstallations projects of MRI’s for 3 years with a third party vendor. I, additionally, have 5 years experience servicing dialysis and apheresis equipment for an OEM. I also have over 10 years of previous experience in the installation and service of telecom and data equipment including experience as an owner, operations manager, and a senior field service engineer.
