* Worked as part of a dedicated project team to redesign the end to end recruitment process which enabled greater efficiencies, fewer resources and reduced cycle time. This included realignment of accountabilities for onshore and offshore Recruitment & Talent services, business unit accountabilities in the recruitment process and outsourcing of process to external business partners.

* Managed the candidate relationships for a portfolio of 30 to 50 active vacancies for Rio Tinto Iron Ore (RTIO), working closely with Business Relationship Partners and Talent Acquisition to provide successful recruitment outcomes. Roles recruited included Engineering, Supervisor, Superintendent and Senior Management positions.* Worked exclusively with the Business Relationship Partner to recruit positions for the Rio Tinto Mine of the Future project. The programme established the Operations Centre in Perth, which oversaw automated drilling, haul truck and rail operations of iron ore mines in the Pilbara. Positions recruited included mine and rail operations, IT professionals, technical engineering, project management and senior management positions.* Proactively developed key stakeholder relationships to understand workforce requirements and develop sourcing strategies.

* Managed end-to-end recruitment services to major business projects located on the East Coast of Australia, including engineering and functional managers, professional engineering, health and safety, human resources and procurement positions. Major projects included Yarwun 2 Alumina Refinery Expansion (Gladstone), Energy Major Project Group – Project Delivery Hub and Kestrel Mine Extension (Bowen Basin).

* Managed the end-to-end recruitment process for 57 Coles hospitality venues, for a multitude of positions including Head Office, frontline hospitality (management and entry-level), trades, apprentices and trainees. * Writing of job advertisements and placement on internal and external sourcing media.* Organised and facilitated a variety of recruitment techniques including pre-interview screening, group and behavioural interviews and assessment centres to best meet brand recruitment requirements.* Planned, delivered and evaluated allocated recruitment projects. Development and implementation of direct and specialist sourcing strategies (venue openings, targeted sourcing initiatives and major advertising campaigns).
