Designed and implemented core training material to be used company wide, facilitated training courses, lead assessment centres and attended range of client meetings Responsible for attracting new talent through diverse methods, promoting the Academy Programme to universities and local employers, forging lifelong relationships.

Created and maintained strong relationships with over 70 Jobcentres / welfare businesses throughout South West, presenting to Stage 1, 2 and 4 advisers and at regional DWP events. Developed “Job Search Support for Unemployed Professionals” workshops for over 7000 delegates throughout South West, Midlands and South West, taking division from conception to £1,000,000 within 18 months.Delivered workshops for Future Jobs Fund and took a lead on “Backing Young Britain” – promoting advantage of taking on school leavers to local businesses.
