-Initiate foundational and strategic research and manage resources for research projects-Work closely with stakeholders (product, business, product design, data, marketing, and other teams). to ensure the implementation of insights after every research project.

-Manage UX Research team (consist of 3 team members) and guide them to product high quality research report-Collaborate with Lead product managers and Lead product designers to come up with product roadmap

As a very first researcher at TaniFund, I initiate user research in product development phase. I Also support decision making for Product designers, product managers, and business development team with insights hence the product and business strategies can be more user centric.

As a UX Researcher, I am responsible to conduct end-to-end research in order to come up with the insights that will be used for product development. I present the findings to the relevant stakeholders such as designers, engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders from across department

- Define, plan and conduct user research (e.g. interview, observation and usability testing).- Synthesize findings to insights.- Deliver insights to product-Tech team and inspire them to make evidence-based decisions.- Analyze product performance (conversion funnel) through analytic tools.- Develop user personas through quantitative and qualitative research
