Especially at beginning consulting is a very quantitative and analytical job, so I had the possibility to "learn" the difficult approach to assessing a client’s business requirements. This allows me to develop supporting strategies, to work very hard in a very short time, to respect always the deadline. Then I was able to manage people and to make autonomous decision.During my last experience I had the possibility to learn a lot in a completely different contest; in a start up that is at the same time the fastest growing company ever. So I had to manage a lot of people, monitoring and motivating them, to create tools ex-novo and test them, to invent sales analysis and new strategies of business.
