A key role was the program management of Autotime and its integration with Oracle Manufacturing and HRMS. As the sole System Administrator for the Autotime application, servers, and database, I provided full technical support for implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and production support for over 2200 users at 11 sites. As a member of the Oracle applications team, I provided support for the various Oracle modules, focusing on HRMS and Manufacturing. My contributions measurably and positively influenced my company's success, leading us to one integrated ERP, resulting in a unified and synergized company. Key skills leveraging queries and ad hoc report creation using SQL, managing an outsourced DBA team for an Oracle 10g DB, collaborating successfully with infrastructure hardware and network teams, requirements gathering and documentation, managing key IT projects and initiatives supporting global alignment and processes, and supporting all aspects of global site implementations were powerful tools in driving my recognized accomplishments.

Though I was strategically hired to implement, support, and manage their phase 2 Oracle Manufacturing, including OSFM (an advanced version of WIP), Inventory, BOM, Quality, and Costing, I managed ON's legacy Invnetory applications and configurations, along with their phase 1 Oracle Inventory application as it integrated with Purchasing. I also worked with their Matrix PDM and the evaluation of AGILE. My key areas of responsibility were project managing the integration of newly acquired sites into ON's technical and systems solution. This included pulling groups from all areas of the company, coordinating the integration and implementation of systems for the site. Also, I managed the formal shut down of sites in a similar role bring the necessary resources needed to coordinate this.

A practice consultant for Manufacturing (WIP, BOM, OSFM, WMS, Costing, Inventory) working with a team of consultants for a major ERP implementation in a 2 billion dolloar company. This included using the Oracle AIM methodology, such as Gap analysis, defining and documenting the requirements, configuration of various test environments from soup to nuts, conducting CRP's and UAT's before the production implementation, developing key test scripts, conducting user training, go-live support, and providing a final complete configuration document.

A day after graduating and earning my B.A., I was hired for my specific skill set during the worst economic downturn in the semiconductor history to that point. I specifically worked on the Oracle OSFM project, implementing a complicated and convoluted solution for moving data from our outsource manufacturing facilities into our system. The Oracle modules included OSFM, BOM, and Inventory. I was also the key member of the interface team, working closely with the IT technical team, designing and integrating these companies. My understanding of the requirements for importing the diversified data was critical to the success and helped developed good relationships with companies from all over the world.

After becoming part of the Oracle implementation team for Logistics, I quickly was put into the key responsibility of ensuring the successful go-live of my group. Because I was able to quickly and comprehensively understand and share the function and use of the Oracle application, I was tasked to train my entire Logistics group of 200 employees. Then upon request from other groups who were struggling, I was asked to train more end users. These groups included, Manufacturing, Planners, and Buyers.As part of this role, I was able to work with the Logistic Engineering Group, various supervisors and managers, and the core Oracle implementation team to redefine the processes within the groups I trained and had come to support. This included process flow analysis and redesign, training material preparation, and finalizing configurations to ensure it met implementation requirements.During the actual implementation, I was given the key responsibility of supporting all of the same groups in the entire Austin site. As the implementation proved successful, I became a part of an on-going improvement team that continued to support the Oracle ERP applications by managing a small group of professional analyst who continued to support, stabilize and refined processes and procedures.
