As a lecturer teaches a graduate course in Policy and Program Evaluation (PPD 542), and an undergraduate course in Public Policy and Management (PPD 225). Previously worked as a teaching assistant for five different sections of Economics for Policy, Planning, and Development (PPD 501A/B).

Managed a $203,000 Haynes Foundation grant as co-principal investigator, studying data-driven organizational reforms in the public and non-profits sectors over a three-year period. Worked at the Sol Price Center for Social Innovation to help develop the Neighborhood Data for Social Change Platform to utilize multiple data sources to track civic change in LA County. Under the supervision of the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs led the data collection and analysis for the accreditation process of the Price School’s Master of Public Administration program. Awarded over $300,000 in fellowships, including the Price School PhD Fellowship, the USC Graduate School Final Year Fellowship, and the Haynes Lindley Doctoral Dissertation Fellowship.

Founded a research and consulting firm grounded in providing bespoke education strategies to college clients through data-driven assessment. Developed comprehensive international education plans for a number of colleges while simultaneously attending a full-time PhD program at USC.

Acted as a lead consultant for university, college, and government clients. Took ownership of over a dozen client projects in a variety of strategy areas, including: data management, international education, student recruiting and admissions, budgeting and operations, student support services, education policy, and institutional partnerships.

Worked as a researcher at the Stanford Institute for Economic Policy Research, Stanford Graduate School of Education, and Stanford Bill Lane Center for the American West. Conducted a yearlong economic analysis of the public higher education system in California and built a forecasting model to examine the future financial positions of the CSU and UC systems. Using application and admission data revised recruiting strategies for the Stanford Graduate School of Education. Awarded a Stanford Department of Economics Teaching Fellowship.

Instructed three seminar sections as a teaching assistant for an undergraduate course on the Principles of Economics (ECON 1A/B).

Designed environmental studies curricula that were adopted for use in 30 BC school districts. Solicited feedback from educators and other stakeholders which improved curricular design. Spearheaded a fundraising campaign that raised over $50,000 for new educational outreach in Vancouver elementary schools.

Created, implemented, and marketed 2 new museum programs, which leveraged anticipation of the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver to increase museum attendance by 30%. Managed three programming staff members and ran the day-to-day operations of the museum.
