I served as a 2019EDF Climate Corps fellow for the Office of Global Sustainability at the PepsiCo's HQ, splitting my time 50/50 between the Data Excellence team and the Sustainable Packaging team. - For Data Excellence, I led an external data acquisition strategy on a case to increase recycled PET in our bottles, pursuant to PepsiCo's 2025 goal to increase 25% recycled content into our plastic packaging. - In addition, I also developed the analysis methodology and initial data analysis for a machine learning model to help PepsiCo identify and predict sustainability trends. - For the Sustainable Packaging team, I served as a project manager for the development of two Recycling Toolkits designed to replicate PepsiCo's most successful recycling programs worldwide.
