* Directly responsible for the implementation, oversight and closure of all Crescendo Designs projects.* Manage a team of Field Managers and technicians to insure all projects stay on plan, on time and on budget. * Develop Project Plans.* Direct project resources.* Develop and implement project calendars.* Identify and manage 3rd party scope of work / integration.* Communicate project status to all team members and other relevant involved parties.* Maintain project documentation.* Negotiate and resolve issues as they arise across areas of the project and where they impact on other activities, systems and projects.* Oversight of the Service Division (Service Manager, Field Technicians & Scheduling).* Participate in steering committee meetings for company wide core values and strategic decision making.
