-Developed and improved data integrations from Workday SaaS HR system for multiple clients to external systems using XML, XSLT, and SOAP in an Eclipse-based environment with data validation, error handling and complex functions such as multi-pass templates and key generations. -Restructured and made lean a payroll integration covering thousands of employees.-Created integrations for payroll, garnishments, recruiting, benefits, and general HR data.

-Supported collaborative research task on “Expedited Systems Engineering (SE) for Rapid Capability and Urgent Needs”, supported by the Department of Defense, to analyze current state of the art expedited SE and develop a framework for tailoring and scaling SE activities. -Developed raw open-ended interview notes into concise database for qualitative analysis.

-Transitioned 180 users to Windows 7, new infrastructure, and new physical location as part of a team.-Managed nightly team transitions along with project manager.-Created documentation for original position and trained co-op student to fill this role.-Resolved issues with and assisted company’s global transition from Avaya to Cisco phones.
