Since 2014 I am an independent consultant in my new company: visie op leren (see www.visieopleren.nl). I focus on learning at all levels: at the workplace, in virtual environments, in schools. As dean of the IVLOS institute of education at Utrechty University, I became interested in virtual and teacher learning. As director of the Netherlands School of Educational Management (NSO) from 2010 - 2014, I became interested in learning processes of school leaders and schools (leadership of learning).
