About Robert Jay Ross

Former Chief of Staff and people-oriented leadership coach & consultant who's focused on helping purposeful, progressive organizations think through work related to strategy, community-building, people & culture, equity, project management, campaigning, operations, and systems-structuring.Or, to put it less annoyingly, I'm trying to help organizations doing good work to: (a) do it more efficiently; and (b) do it while treating their own teams well. Probably not in that order.Currently focused on initiatives related to bringing top-notch talent into the progressive movement, US immigration justice, racial equity & anti-racism, building strong + healthy culture in workplaces, and anti-violent extremism work. Both cohort-based and 1:1 coaching available. Let's talk!
