Reporting to President, act in a multi-disciplinary role as senior technology executive and corporate strategist. Helped build and support the global digital asset exchange, NFT marketplace, and Gemini Custody as well as launch Gemini Dollar (GUSD) stablecoin, Gemini mobile, ActiveTrader trading application, Gemini Clearing, Gemini Pay and Gemini Earn products.

Reporting to NYSE President, served as the information and technology leader for the NYSE, which accommodates more than 2,800 publicly traded companies and over 1.5 billion shares traded per day on its platform. Helped launch multiple exchanges on their latest technology platform as well as assisted in acquisition of the National Stock Exchange (NSX) and the Chicago Stock Exchange (CSX). Managed technology budget of $100M+, both operating and project-based. Corporate senior-level decision maker with broad responsibilities for organization management, including corporate planning, governance, acquisitions and revenue development. Led technology organization with overall responsibilities for information technology. Manage day-to-day development and operation of nine highly complex, mission critical markets and their ancillary supporting environments (e.g. Listings, Trading Floor, Surveillance, Billing, Post Trade, et al). Improved trading system reliability while increasing change velocity by extending continuous integration and continuous deployment capabilities, implementing a full-featured replay solution, automating functional regression and performance testing and creating a shared ownership culture towards quality. Drove consolidation of multiple market technologies to a single platform and single code base that serves all markets. Developed and communicated technology vision, strategy and roadmap for NYSE’s technology transformation. Maximized collaboration and teamwork through cultural and organizational changes that support “delivery teams”.

In multi-disciplinary role as a business executive, technology leader and strategist, act as a critical liaison between the CEO, the Company, Deutsche Börse and the Board in all technology activities. Serve as the senior leader over the technology organization with broad responsibilities for the company’s information technology and security, including all issues/decisions affecting ISE’s technology. Initial focus was to develop exchange surveillance system capable of monitoring, alerting and reporting on tens of millions of quotes, orders and trades, when other third party vendors had already failed at the task. Following the very successful implementation of the surveillance system, responsibilities grew to order routing, frontend trading, and market operation development.

Responsible for technical certification of the first all-electronic exchange in the United States and the first new exchange to be approved by the SEC in 26 years. Certification involved acceptance testing of all systems, network and storage hardware as well as a third party trading application.

Provide technology input and guidance to the Technology Committee member's of the OCC Board of Directors.

Developed system that provided a general accounting interface to Prudential’s general ledger that allowed users on-line maintenance of accounting requirements for transactions input and provided both general and client specific reporting with drill-down and query capabilities.
