Sr. Lead Test EngineerPillar Data Systems, San Jose, Ca Jun 2002 - Oct 2008- Functionally test NFSv2, NFSv3, CIFS, and SAN protocols including write test plans, test cases, and scripts. I wrote bash scripts such that they can be used under different unix platforms (write once, run many) to test the CLI portion. - Used Quality Center (Mercury Interactive Test Director) to file bugs.- I am very hands on and do all the necessary software installs (OS, drivers, patches, etc) and hardware installs (HBAs, iSCSI cards, etc), zoning, for our particular setup. - I lead 5 Jr. QA personnel with learning about and to test our product from both a Functional and System Test point of view with System Test (primarily black box testing; good and error paths) being our emphasis. - Installed, setup, and configured Oracle 10g RAC under RHEL4U5 with the database to LUNs on our Axiom product. Similarly, I have installed and configured VMWare ESX 3.5 along with creating and installing virtual machines on LUNs on our Pillar Axiom.
