Rob first entered the financial sector in 1980 working for the National Australia Bank initially as a teller, then as a term deposit officer and finally as an interim auditor and compliance officer.He further enhanced his business acumens by completing a Bachelor of Commerce at Griffith University during which he was Director of Finance for Association Internationale des Étudiants en Sciences Économiques et Commerciales (International Association of Students in Economics and Commercial Sciences)(AIESEC). He took these skills and used them efficiently by becoming the Accounts Officer in the Finance Section of Qld Police Headquarters wherein he oversaw the financial operations of the Accounts Section including the redesign of the account system stepping away from a coded mainframe server system to a PC based initial input user friendly system whilst simultaneous using his technology skills to hard wire Police Headquarters with an ethernet spine, hubs and cabling.From here he had a career change wherein he signed up with the QPS as a Police Officer eventually undertaking a diverse range of duties including being a Plain Clothes Crime Squad Investigator, a Traffic/Highway Patrol Officer and an Education and Training Officer during this period he obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Justice from Griffith University and Advanced Certificate in Policing from QUT..After Rob obtained his Law Degree and Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and Graduate Certificate in Legal Studied (Summary Prosecutions) from QUT he received a letter from his Assistant Commissioner congratulating him on his surprise transfer and appointment as a Senior Police Prosecutor in 2015 resulting in Rob continuing this position until his retirement in 2022.From here he has moved back into the financial sector setting himself up as business consultant whilst also becoming a Director of Investor Centre Ltd (ASX:ICU) (Formerly BIR Financial Ltd (ASX:BIR), Pulse Markets Pty Ltd and Eminent Advisory Services Pty Ltd using his banking, investigative and legal knowledge to ensure compliance with all requirements of funding, shares and loans set by the ASX and ASIC as well as any associated government and private entities.
