Provision of management consultancy, programme and project management services within the Financial Services sectorTo date, engagements have included:Tier 1 Global Swiss Bank - Risk and Finance Regulatory Change. Design and set up of the governance model within the Data Sourcing and Data Quality Management function. This was followed by the creation, delivery and management of a the new demand/change management process. Working with all of the architects, business and IT leads, the new demand function centralised requests for project support, provided oversight to impact assessments as well as formally tracking new requests through to inclusion with existing or new project books of work. The scope of the program covered all regulatory programs (e.g. BCBS 239, FRTB, FTSB, Global Shock etc.)Tier 1 European Bank – Global finance standardisation and transition programme. Design, set-up, management and chair of the process needed to ensure that all new requirements and requests are fully aligned to and agreed to by Global Finance’s financial design standards. Managed over 60 workshops with in excess of 150 resources over 12 weeks to clear request backlog. Implemented an enduring end-to-end process with supporting SLAs/KPIs to manage change in the future.Tier 1 Global Bank - Global Markets Middle Office – Managing a team of four in-house resources to define a new target operating model required to support the bank across all of its global markets sites. Included the full support for the transition of resources from old to new roles across the first four sites to transition, impacting over 600 resources.Tier 1 Global Bank - Development and delivery of a change portfolio status and financial reporting. The key drivers being to provide full transparency of cost of delivery and benefits realisation across all global banking and global markets business lines. Sourcing, processing and reporting being fully developed and automated.

The role entailed the set up and structuring of the governance, processes and reporting required to support the delivery of the review. Working with both the 3rd Party organisation who would conduct the review across all non-UK locations and with the senior regulatory and compliance stakeholders, and with the UK based CASS programme that was running in parallel.Tier 1 UK based Global Bank: Senior Programme delivey lead for technology services integration and transition to a utility based service model. Key responsibilities include:- Organisatational design and delivery aligned to operating model changes.- Project manager for two specific countries ensuring full programme alignment and delivery of benefits (tangible and intangible) within agreed timelines- Design, delivery and management of Business Case and supporting PMO activitiesUK based Share Registration and Pension Administration: Lead for organisaitonal perfromance improvment and capacity uplift. Specific role was to build relationships with all the largest UK bill producers (Telecoms, Utilities, Mail order, etc.), work with their banking relationship teams and obtain commitment to provide bills/statements to the proposed centralised UK eBPP "Hub". Attracted an equivalent of over 1bn bills per year.
