Managed over 60 workshops with in excess of 150 resources over 12 weeks to clear request backlog. Implemented an enduring end-to-end process with supporting SLAs/KPIs to manage change in the future.Tier 1 Global Bank - Global Markets Middle Office – Managing a team of four in-house resources to define a new target operating model required to support the bank across all of its global markets sites. Included the full support for the transition of resources from old to new roles across the first four sites to transition, impacting over 600 resources.Tier 1 Global Bank - Development and delivery of a change portfolio status and financial reporting. The key drivers being to provide full transparency of cost of delivery and benefits realisation across all global banking and global markets business lines. Sourcing, processing and reporting being fully developed and automated.
