Maintain reports and records measuring machine performance, making authoritative recommendations for improvements to safety, equipment, and engineering processes for the facility, and manufacturing processes for the corrugator. Ensure corrugated production produces a higher quality and more cost-effective product than the best third-party resource. Ensure compliance with company policies, operating procedures, budget guidelines, MIOSHA and other applicable government regulations. Prepare annual budget requests and monitor quarterly performance. Lead, teach, and direct employees, monitoring results for continuous improvement.
